I’m a Self-Discovery Coach with over 15 years’ experience supporting people to reconnect with themselves and their purpose. My approach is down-to-earth, heartfelt, and rooted in both lived experience and professional training. My background is rooted in real-life experience, emotional insight, and professional training. My approach is warm, intuitive, and empowering—designed to help you reconnect with yourself and rewrite the story you're ready to live 🌿

🖤 My Background & Experience I began my journey working with young people at risk of exclusion, founding Mentoring for Educational Achievement (MEA)—a community project that supported over 1,800 families through mentoring, counselling, and creative life skills programmes. I developed and delivered NCFE-accredited programmes using poetry and storytelling to engage young people in powerful, reflective conversations.

That work shaped the coach I am today: someone who listens deeply, challenges gently, and believes that transformation starts with telling your story.

🖤 Coaching Style My sessions are reflective and intuitive, blending conversation with practical coaching tools. I use elements of NLP and TimeLine Resourcing™ to create emotional shifts and clarity, alongside manifestation, affirmations, and personalised coaching tools. Each client receives a unique keepsake or custom journal, created to support their journey between sessions. Your journey is unique. My role is to walk beside you, helping you reflect, realign, and move forward with purpose.
