About Coaches Nearby

Coaches Nearby was created from lived experience and a shared understanding of how difficult it can be to find the right support at the right time.

We’re Naomi and Kaylie, lifelong friends who have navigated many stages of life together — from education and careers to parenthood, business ownership, and work within children’s and adult social care. Through these experiences, we’ve seen first-hand how valuable the right guidance and support can be, particularly during periods of change or uncertainty.

At different points in our lives, we found ourselves searching for clarity, balance, and trusted support — whether that was around co-parenting, work–life balance, or simply feeling unsure about the next step. What stood out was how difficult it could be to find the right person to talk to, especially someone local, approachable, and aligned with what we needed.

Coaches Nearby grew from that shared experience. Our aim is to make it easier for people to find and connect with coaches who can support them in ways that feel appropriate, accessible, and personal — whatever stage of life they’re in.

This platform is built on the belief that support should be easier to find, and that people deserve choice, clarity, and connection when they’re looking for guidance.

Our role is to create the structure and support that allows coaches to share their work more widely, while making it easier for individuals to find guidance that feels right for them.
