Been level 3 qualified for 5 years approx but over 10 years of various advanced fitness activities including martial arts, gym, calisthenics, various sports. Also been a qualified chef for over 10 years in various sectors and have knowledge on simple recipes that are healthy, delicious and easy to make. I have a good knowledge of calisthenics and gym based workouts even at home and I always put safety and enjoyment as a priority. In order to achieve your goals you must be injury free and enjoy it. My coaching style is very broad, can teach from beginners to advanced athletes/weightlifters and wether you want to bulk up, lose weight, gain strength, rehabilitate, gain endurance or all at once no problem.
