With nearly a decade of experience as a nutritional practitioner, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutritional advice. I’ll be available via email to answer any questions as you work through the program, and follow-up consultations will allow us to review and refine your plan to ensure success.

-Over 9 years of private clinical practice as a Nutritional Therapist, providing personalized nutrition plans for clients.

-Trained in the principles of functional medicine, a science-based approach that addresses underlying causes of symptoms.

-Completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice™ (AFMCP™-UK) training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, gaining expertise in applying functional medicine principles in practice.

Qualifications

    -Fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with three years of training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London.

    -ION accreditation by the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) ensures training aligned with National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy.

    Registered and regulated by: -British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy (BANT) -Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

    -Completed advanced training with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), including AFMCP™-UK in 2015.

    -Actively pursuing certification with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).

    -Committed to lifelong learning through ongoing education, seminars, and conferences.
