I deeply believe that Yoga is for everyone, so I remain flexible in my approach to ensure I can support you.

From a 1-1 session to weekly classes, to retreats, energy healing, coaching, and wellness events I’ve got you.

Hi! I’m Lisa, and I’m really glad you are here!

I am a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Wellness coach based in Southern England. Making space for wellness is my absolute passion in life.

Through over 15 years of deep spiritual study and development, and a lifetime of diverse challenges, I can hone my knowledge, skills, and experience into offering authentic, transformational yoga.

I particularly love sharing my knowledge in Elemental Yoga. The 5 Elements is an ancient philosophical tradition which facilitates a deeper understanding of Yoga through infusing your yoga practice with specific movement and intention.

I infuse these teachings in both my classes and 1:1 yoga therapy by working with that Earth grounds, Water flows, Fire energizes, Air lightens, and Space expands. You therefore will find that each class possesses its own uniqueness .

About Kerry My life story reflects the ongoing quest for a harmonious balance between personal and professional life … motherhood has been my most challenging role of all, and most rewarding too.

With 20 years’ experience working in the commercial world, I have worked as a Personal Assistant and Project Manager, meticulously organising and planning various aspects of my professional life.

In 2012 my husband and I embarked on a transformative entrepreneurial adventure together, that led to the creation of a multimillion-pound business. From my dedicated career as a Project Manager, to my journey as a successful entrepreneur and a devoted mother, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Seven years ago, a new chapter in life began as I embraced the role of a mother. My journey into parenthood involved the use of IVF, a testament to my determination and resilience. The decision to step back from my career to be a dedicated and loving mother showcases my deep commitment to family and my desire to find the elusive balance between work and home life. Seven years on, and I can honestly say that motherhood has been my most challenging role of all, but I wouldn’t swap it for the world.

My co-founding of The Yoga Being Retreats is not only a reflection of my own journey but also an opportunity for others to recognise the importance of self-care in family life, and work life, creating a legacy of well-being and balance. This endeavour allows me to share my experience and the value of work-life balance with others, promoting well-being and personal growth.
