Starlight Trampoline and Gymnastics Club Romsey, Southampton Starlight is a British Gymnastics registered club providing affordable gymnastics lessons in the Romsey and Southampton area.

At Starlight Trampoline & Gymnastics Club we provide an inclusive, safe and encouraging environment to explore gymnastics under the guidance of appropriately qualified and enthusiastic coaches! Our aim is to develop confidence, discipline and fitness to each individual that walks through our door.

At Starlight all profits are reinvested into the club. We are dedicated to continually improving and upgrading our services in every area! We offer multiple disciplines of gymnastics including: Recreational Gymnastics, Trampolining, Double Mini Trampoline, Tumbling, Pre-School and Adult Gymnastics classes. We also host birthday parties and school holiday camps!

Starlight Trampoline and Gymnastics Club in Romsey offers a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels:

Pre-School Gymnastics (Ages 18 months to 5 years): These sessions focus on developing fundamental skills through structured activities. Classes include Parent & Child sessions, Free Play, and Independent Rising 4's.

Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 5 and above): Structured sessions led by coaches to build confidence and basic gymnastics skills in an engaging environment. The program follows the British Gymnastics Awards Programme, allowing gymnasts to achieve medals at each level.

Home Education Classes: Designed for home-educated children, these 45-minute sessions in gymnastics and trampolining cater to various ability levels, including Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Adult Gymnastics (Ages 18 and above): These classes offer adults the opportunity to learn new skills, improve fitness, and enjoy gymnastics in a supportive environment. Suitable for beginners and those with prior experience.

Squad Training: For gymnasts who have progressed through the pathways, squad training focuses on preparing for regional and national competitions. It requires a competitive spirit and commitment to training.

Each class is designed to provide a safe and encouraging environment, fostering the development of skills appropriate to the participants' age and ability.
