My name is Christine Saunders and I have a passion for health, fitness and well-being. With over 25 years experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor including Yoga and Pilates; specialising in pre and post-natal exercise, Youth Exercise Specialist and Exercise Referral for Older Populations and those with chronic health conditions. I am also a sports massage therapist and infant massage instructor. I can help you get the most out of life!

Personal Training sessions are geared to your individual goals and abilities. Whether you are aiming to improve your cardiovascular fitness, lose body fat or even build muscle, I will work with you to design a program specific to your needs. Sessions can be indoors in our home gym or OUTDOORS on a 121 or basis or if you have a partner/friend you would like to exercise with a 2-1 basis
Sports Massage or Deep Tissue Massage can be beneficial to everyone, not just to those who take part in sports or exercise. Day-to-day demands made on the body at work, at home and in the garden can take their tole. Aches and pains that may have gone unnoticed can eventually lead to injury. Sports massage should play an important part in the life of anyone whether they are injured or not. Massage has a number of benefits both physical, physiological and psychological.
Massage can - maintain the body generally in better condition prevent injuries and loss of mobility/flexibility cure and restore mobility to injured muscle tissue boost performance
I also offer massage in the comfort of your own home and come fully equipped with a portable massage couch.
