DGPC provides two coaching pathways
Individual Coaching This is the premium package that takes everything about you into consideration. The program is dynamic and flexible. Great for a period specificity or those that rely on regular adjustments around busier schedules.
The Gateway A group program that trains all physical qualities ready for specificity. You become part of the community. A great starting point for anyone wanting to see more and do more. All whilst connecting with likeminded individuals.

My nature-based hiking weekends offer the perfect escape from the fast-paced world—no planning required. Just bring your gear (I’ll guide you on that), and I’ll take care of the rest, so you can arrive fully present and stress-free.
These weekends are more than just hikes; they’re an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world, sparking fresh perspectives and a boost of creativity.
Ideal for both new and seasoned hikers, these trips are the complete package for anyone who loves group camaraderie or wants to bring a social element back into their adventures.

DG Performance Coaching - Founded by Daryl Green, head coach. His approach is unique and incorporates more than just the physical side of performance. DGPC is holistic performance coaching so you can see more, do more, and raise your default inside and outside the gym.
Meet Daryl Green - Adventure athlete and coach Daryl is the founder of DG Performance coaching he has been coaching people towards and passing their goals since 2011 when he became a Physical training instructor in the British Army.
It came from a deep drive within after being an overweight child not particularly good at sports just found a love for fitness as it started to change his ability to do life physically and mentally to a higher standard.
Through his coaching to date, he has worked with 1000s of people with different goals, lifestyles, ages, motivations, and experiences. Soldiers, ultra-endurance athletes, triathletes, weightlifters, and guys and girls with no specific goal only the drive to be better to improve their life and ability to go and experience an adventure.
Daryl has spent a lot of time researching ways to train and puts himself through a multitude of challenges he believes the best way to learn is through experience be it how to reach the goal and the emotional and physical journey you may have to go through. If you are doing it he's pretty sure he has been there too. This gives him a unique ability to support you every step of the way.

He has completed ultra-marathons and Ironman triathlons, Competed around Europe in Crossfit, Qualified for Hyrox world championships back to back seasons, and been successful in Hybrid and concurrent challenges proving the ability to be strong and go long.
What sets him apart is he is a leader. Throughout his life he has led people through the toughest moments and challenges of their lives. His approach is more than just the physical side he has an impressive understanding and outlook on mental fitness and resilience.
He promises to show up with the integrity and courage to speak uncomfortable truths, question your deep-seated ones, and not be afraid. You work with him and identify the root cause that prevents you from being who, and doing what you want. You’ll gain control with ownership and responsibility.
