Hi, I’m Donna, I have close to 15 year’s experience working as a personal trainer and massage therapist. I've turned my personal training career into wellbeing at work with relaxation guidance using desk yoga, pilates based strengthening workshops to help improve pain.
Prior to my Personal Training career, I worked in recruitment and sales for 8+ years and can relate to the stress office environments can bring. Having faced burnout myself a few years ago I have learnt how we can all benefit from breath work, mindfulness and gentle movement (Yoga and Pilates) especially in the workplace. Helping to improve productivity, mood, stress levels, negative thoughts and anxiety with myofascia release techniques.
I offer desk yoga, stretch and stability workshops, posture correction stretching flows and workplace massage. My aim is to help reduce the stress of employees by educating them on wellness to aid productivity.
