I'm Sarah, Life, Resilience & Wellbeing Coach Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor I help perfectionists and overgivers who are burnt out and stuck, build their resilience, self-belief and confidence so that they get to enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life and career with purpose, and on their terms.
I know that no matter your age or circumstances, change is possible. It might not always be easy, but it is within your reach.

One-to-One Coaching: A six-month personalised programme featuring:
An initial 90-minute session via Zoom Ten 60-minute one-on-one sessions via Zoom A 90-minute consolidation session via Zoom Additional supportive resources and guidance as needed
Ad Hoc Sessions: For clients who have completed the main coaching programme and seek further support, Sarah provides individual sessions ranging from 60 to 90 minutes, conducted online.
Mindfulness, Resilience, and Well-being Coaching: Leveraging her qualifications, Sarah offers coaching that focuses on mindfulness practices, building resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.
Youth and Education Coaching: With an accredited certification in Youth and Education Coaching, Sarah provides tailored coaching services aimed at supporting young individuals in their personal and educational development.
These services are designed to help clients identify challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

A little bit about me If you met me on a night out, I’d either be the one dancing on the table, or I’d be the one checking if you’d had a glass of water between drinks, whisking you away from that guy or gal that’s been harassing you on the dancefloor for the last 20 minutes, or counselling you in the loo. Intuitively sensitive is my default mode.
It’s my superpower, and before I knew how to work with it, it was my weakness.
Growing up Catholic meant joyful family picnics in the New Forest with all of my cousins, but it also came with restrictions about how things were done. I felt pressure to do what was expected, conform, keep myself quiet, worry about what others thought of me, and above all else ‘do the right thing’.
I lived my personal and corporate life trying to create a fruit platter, when a bag of apples would have done. Everything had to be perfect and I spent most of my time worrying and making sure I had a plan b, c and d just in case. It got to the point that I wouldn’t even enjoy things in the moment, because I’d already done them several times over in my head.
By the time I’d had my two children, along with two bouts of postnatal depression, I was running on pure adrenaline and convinced I was failing as a mother. Life felt heavy and hard work, and yet still I pushed myself to keep up the pretence that everything was fine.
Until one day I couldn’t. I was carrying so much emotional pain the only way my body could get my attention was to stop working. I went into total shut down. Unable to function, I lay on the sofa watching Jack Bauer try to save the world. Depression wasn’t something people spoke about back then, and I didn’t know about mindfulness, meditation, coaching, being an empath (highly intuitive and ability to sense other’s emotions), or even self care.
I’d dabbled reading a few self help books, but it took me working 1:1 with a coach to really start my personal transformational journey to where I am today. This gave me the self confidence and belief to re-train and understand my true purpose and how I could make a difference. Over the 7 years that followed I went through the biggest amount of growth and learning I’d experienced in my 51 years.
For most of my life I was the one my friends would place bets on – how long before I got bored and tried another path? But this time it was different. It wasn’t just a fleeting interest, it felt as if I had been preparing for this my whole life.
This time, I’d finally found my direction in the world. I no longer felt lost.
Through coaching hundreds of clients, I can at last – truly – be ME.
