A little about me!
As an ex-athlete in track and field and an ex-bikini competitor over the past 2 years i have gone through my own journey to finding the middle ground of balance with fitness, nutrition, my body and my life, away from the obsessiveness that full-time sport & bikini competing gave me.
The middle ground of balance feels like freedom to me. It’s knowing that I can eat my favourite foods every day within moderation, it’s knowing that I can maintain a healthy body without spending hours in the gym, and it’s moving my body from a place of self-love and not because I want to punish my body.
now I want to help my clients find that same middle ground of balance so that they can reach their body composition goals in the most balanced and realistic way. this means that they’ll be far more likely to maintain their weight loss for life too.
i have tried and tested my methods & my programme for over 5 years, and now i have an approach that works.

With a BSc in Health & Exercise and clinical experience in private healthcare, I have the experience and knowledge to guide you on your journey to thriving in your life & in your body.
