After over 20 years in a corporate career life suddenly took a complete change in direction. As a victim of the London 7/7 bombs my whole world was rocked. When I became a widower with a young family a few years later it was rocked again.

I have learnt the hard way not only how to face up to change but to look forward, find the opportunities, and embrace the change. I now share my tools, techniques, and strategies for dealing with change in my writing, speaking, and coaching.
