Hi, my name is Jo & I’m an, experienced and accredited Life Coach, Career & Executive Coach based in London. I am also a trained Hypno-Psychotherapist (UKCHP).

I work with my clients from experience and also from a strong level of self-awareness. As a Business Coach, Executive & Career Coach I draw on many years of both corporate, entrepreneurial and small business experience in London, the UK and Internationally.

I work with individuals, executives, business leaders and companies wanting to evolve, move beyond any blocks, access deeper happiness and achieve greater personal, career or business success.

I integrate psychotherapy and hypnotherapy , time line therapy, NLP and counselling where needed – to ensure my clients results and empower my clients success
