Hi there. I'm Matt. I've been running Lean Living (formerly Revolution Lifestyles) since 2012.

I believe that the time, effort & energy you invest in your transformation should be worth it; my approach to health/fitness coaching is different than you may expect.

My training is not about running you into the ground for the sake of it. We're not training just to burn calories. We're training to feel better, to move better, to be stronger and fitter. When you see training through this lens, you'll enjoy the experience more, you'll feel more confident and feel motivated to make each session better than the last.

I am big on creating a co-active environment with clients; one where we work together to build your system. Training sessions, whilst challenging, shouldn't leave you having a near-death experience on the floor. All coaching is kept as simple as it needs to be effective and at a pace that allows change to 'stick.'

Learn to Lift in 6 weeks A 1-2-1 program designed to build your skill, confidence, and knowledge in the gym so that you have the tools to train alone in the gym, at home, and in group classes.

Over the years, I’ve learned that true fitness isn’t about pushing people to exhaustion just to burn calories. Instead, my training focuses on helping you feel and move better, gradually building strength and confidence in a way that makes each session enjoyable and rewarding.
