Hi, I’m Berta! Originally from Spain, I now call London home. I earned my diploma through Premier Global NASM, achieving both Level 2 and Level 3 certifications as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer. Early in my career, I felt a calling to focus on supporting women through one of life’s biggest transformations: pregnancy. This led me to specialize in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition.
With a bit of pride, I can say I’ve helped many women enjoy healthy, fit pregnancies and navigate the journey with confidence. Whether you’re looking to stay active through pregnancy, rebuild strength postpartum, or pursue new fitness goals, I’d love to support you on your journey!
SERVICES
PERSONAL TRAINING (1-ON-1) Tailored training for goals like extreme events, injury recovery, toning, or weight loss.
GROUP CLASSES Classes for up to 12 people focusing on toning, stamina, strength, coordination, weight loss, or simply having fun with friends.
PRE AND POST NATAL TRAINING Specialized support for women throughout pregnancy and postpartum, drawing from personal experience.
WEDDING PACKAGE Custom fitness plan and support for couples or individuals preparing for their wedding day. Includes an option for bridal group classes (up to 6 people).
