I'm Hana, a Yoga teacher, teacher trainer and Mum. Through my 17 years of teaching, I have supported hundreds of women to make peace with their bodies and feel empowered through the practice of yoga.
Yoga is a call to remember who you really are beneath all the roles and responsibilities you hold. Have you been putting yourself self care in the back seat because it will take time away from your family and career goals?

My Story
Most people imagine yoga teachers live a stress-free life. This hasn’t always been true for me. I once attended a training course where a teacher I admired remarked, “Yoga teachers these days are running themselves ragged; it’s completely out of line with what real yoga is.” My initial reaction was anger. Being a yoga teacher is a real job, and like many, I was proud of the business I had worked hard to build.
But years later, I realised why her comment affected me. Deep down, I was exhausted. As the main earner in my family and a new mum, I knew something needed to change. Although I appeared composed in class, I was drained at home. My body ached, my hair was falling out, and my relationships were strained. I had been pouring from an empty cup for too long.
The phrase “having it all” doesn’t mean “doing it all yourself.” Growing up in a generation of women who were told we could “have it all,” I saw so many of us taking on too much. We juggle careers, family, and personal goals, often with little time left for self-care. I used to love the quote by Ginger Rogers, “I do everything a man does, only backwards and in high heels.” Now, I see that striving to “do it all” wasn’t bringing me fulfillment.
I chose to shift my mindset and revisit my yoga practice. I restructured my business to allow for the balance I needed in life. Through this transformation, I discovered that when I love and care for myself, it positively reflects in my relationships, choices, and goals. Ease and abundance flow when we fill our own cups first.

With 17 years of experience as a yoga teacher and trainer, I combine classical yoga, women’s yoga therapy, somatic movement, and mindset to create supportive, transformative courses.
