About
At Pilates Hub London, our goal is help you build the foundations for a healthy and happy body. We are committed to helping you improve your physical health and mental well being. We believe that confidence in movement is essential to freedom, and freedom is essential to living a full & happy life. With this in mind, we want to create an inclusive space, based on respect and authenticity, where everyone can feel empowered and appreciate their bodies for all that they can do. We want to offer you the experience of movement with joy, purpose and no judgement.
Our unique studio setting consists of 3 Reformers complete with Towers, which offer many more options than just the Reformer alone. Classes have a maximum of 3 participants and are laser focused to give you the best results and the best experience of the equipment.
What is Tower Pilates?
The Tower is a piece of equipment that is attached to the main frame of a Reformer. It’s a fixed vertical frame that has various places to attach springs from, which are then connected to a push through bar or a choice of handles or foot straps. The springs are used to create tension, which helps the body build strength, stability and flexibility.
What is Reformer Pilates?
The Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment. It’s a cushioned mat that lies on top of a frame attached to springs underneath it to allow the carriage to glide back and forth on wheels. As well as springs, the Reformer also has pulleys which create tension. The springs are attached to the gliding platform and the ropes/pulleys are attached to hand or feet straps to create tension.
What are the benefits of the Tower & Reformer?
Both the Reformer and the Tower are designed to create stability, strength, flexibility and core control. They offer resistance and support for a wide range of exercises designed to improve core strength and posture, in turn promoting balanced muscle development and joint stability, which can help prevent injuries. The integrated use of the equipment, which complement each other, enhances body awareness, and deepens the connection of the body as a whole. Exercises on the Tower and the Reformer can be performed lying down, seated, kneeling or standing with the aid of springs and bars.
One to one classes are the perfect setting to address specific issues, needs or goals. During pregnancy, after an injury, or to support your favourite activities, Pilates can make an incredible difference to your journey, making your movements more efficient and balanced. The session will be designed and tailored around you to maximize the results of your workout. We offer flexibility in terms of sessions length and planning, to accommodate your busy life and the studio schedule.

Experience
Flavia & Hali met in 2023 and bonded over their passion for Pilates. Their dream was to open a Pilates studio that brought an authentic Pilates experience to the local community, and less than 12 months later Pilates Hub London opened its doors at The Pavilion in Lammas Park, Ealing.
We couldn't be happier with the setting, practising Pilates to the sound of the birds and the distant bustle of the park is a dream come true. It's a very relaxing environment, which allows the mind to switch off from all the stress and outside noise and concentrate on movement, moving freely and with intention.
Hali
Hali first fell in love with the Pilates apparatus in 2011 following an acute injury. Adding regular Pilates practice to keep her body moving pain free, Hali finally realised she wanted to live and breath Pilates so after a lot of research, chose to train with Polestar and graduated in 2017.
Hali is passionate about Pilates and wants to share her knowledge to help others discover the endless benefits.
Hali has helped people gain confidence and strength following a variety of issues, including knee replacement and hip replacement. Favourite exercise: All of them, even the ones her body doesn't like, which of course are the movements that should be practised the most.
Flavia Flavia started teaching in 2015. After her initial Matwork qualification and Equipment Diploma, she got hooked exploring all things Pilates related, from Biomechanics to the different ways Pilates can support specific body needs, from Pregnancy to Stroke rehab. What she loves most about Pilates is the integration and the precision of form, which is where the incredible transformative potential of the method lies, as many of her clients have personally experienced. Favourite exercise: everything with legs overhead and everything Arm. Least favourite exercise: leg pull prone on the mat, Swan dive on the Reformer.
