The Body Fit Project, a unique fitness project which offers Personal Training and Small group Fitness, online programmes and Pre/Post Nutrition for all. Within the Body Fit Project, we launched the She Fit Project in September 2018 which is specially designed for woman and mums in mind. High Intensity Exercise in a bootcamp style format incorporating Cardio, Strength, Conditioning and Toning. Classes are friendly, fun and motivational.

Our personal Training programme offers a Bespoke service to ensure you are not only striving to your goals but changing your mindset, eating habits and most importantly seeing results. We offer support, healthy eating ideas and a 1to1 relationship that motivates, encourages and credits your journey.

What makes the Body Fit Personal Training sessions differ from others is:

Full Consultation and Taster session

We come to you, thus maximising your time, convenient and no gym membership needed

Our Bespoke service provides goal setting, fit testing, weekly plans, feedback and progress sessions.

Our biggest offering is we get to know you, we build relationships, work with you through your fitness journey and continually offer support.

THE SHE FIT High-Intensity Exercise in a boot camp style format incorporating Cardio, Strength, Conditioning and Toning.

Nash Mills Village Hall - 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Wednesday/Thursday – Boxing HIIT

Class 1 Chipperfield Village Hall - 7pm-7.45pm

Class 2 Nash Mills Village Hall - 7pm-7.45pm

The Body Fit Project has now Launched a new Bridal Package!! As Brides to be our main thought is for everything to run smoothly and to look and feel amazing on our big day. Wither that be, losing some weight, toning up or just feeling our best. Here at The Body Fit we can offer a mixture of Classes and PT to help keep you motivated, consistent and committed to feeling your best

The Package includes: Unlimited She Fit Sessions The She fit classes offers you that much needed me time, working out with a friendly, fun and sociable group of women. There are 5 classes a week to choose from all offering Full body workouts.

1:1 Personal Training Session A 1:1 Personal Training Session every week including progress checks, at home workout plans and Nutritional Guides to get you motivated and on track for your big day.

The session offers you a tailored programme to meet your specific needs and provides you with progress checks.

Bride To Be Packages are £114 a month. An amazing price for 4 PT sessions a month, unlimited group classes, nutritional, calorie guidance,at home workout recordings and progress checks

Experience

ABOUT LINDSAY Leading the Body Fit project is Lindsay, Lindsay is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Lindsay’s love for fitness began as a child where she trained as a competitive swimmer. Being active, enjoying fitness and the importance of good nutrition was very much in grained in Lindsay’s mindset. Now being a mum, Lindsay understands that time is limited, and fitness is a huge part in feeling good not only physically but mentally to. With her drive and passion to make exercise classes specifically for ladies offering suitable times, varied classes and flexibility The Body Fit Project developed and grew.

    At Home/Outdoor Personal Training Pricing:

    Pay As You Go sessions - £40 Per Session

    1 Session per week (4-week Block) - £140 (£35 per session)

    2 Session per week (4-week Block) - £260 (£32.50 per session)

    3 Sessions per week (4-week Block) - £336 (£28 per session)
