CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Healthy Body, Healthy Mind What you eat is extremely important. Your diet will impact how we perform daily, our mood, sleep, skin and most importantly our weight and body composition.

We wanted to provide our clients with all the tools necessary to make informed dietary choices, helping us achieve our goals.

8 years of coaching, courses and seminars and self development has gone in to our range of nutrition assets.

Personal Training: Join Now We provide personal coaching and personalised programming for those who don’t have access to a gym or workout from home.

Prices start from £50 per hour.

I opened DR Results Personal Training & Small Group 4 years ago. During this time I made the switch to training CrossFit. I was becoming very bored with my current strength/ bodybuilding training. CrossFit gave me something new and exciting to focus on.

CrossFit workouts are all about training together as a community and encouraging each other. You always work harder together and it’s way more fun to train with like-minded people.

I have never looked back, this is what led me to join the CrossFit community becoming an affiliate.

British Triathlon Level 3 Coach British Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness Coach British Cycling Ride Leader Award First Aid Certified Until 2008, Michelle was a confirmed lifelong couch potato and 3 stone heavier.

Inspired by watching her husband complete a Double Ironman, she learned to run, front crawl, and dug her bike out to complete her first novice supersprint triathlon.

In 2010, at age 39, she completed her first full Ironman in Germany and did Ironman Austria in 2011.

Michelle completed her levels 1, 2, and 3 British Triathlon coaching qualifications and coached swim, bike, and run until she retired from the sport.

In 2018, at age 47, she followed her husband into CrossFit and became hooked, loving the variety and challenge of learning new skills.

She completed her CF-L1 qualification in 2022 and her CF-L2 in 2023.

Passionate about helping others enjoy CrossFit, acquire new skills, and be healthier.

Particularly likes CrossFit for its scalability, stating, “CrossFit is not for everyone, but it is for anyone.”

Michelle is CrossFit Cassiobury’s Kids Coach and is dedicated to getting the future generation to enjoy moving their bodies through CrossFit methodology.

Kelly Marshall

Qualifications:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Level 2 Gym Instructor Level 3 Personal Trainer Stumbled into CrossFit 6 years ago after seeing someone doing HSPUs on Instagram.

Instantly hooked and loves all things gymnasty, including handstands, pull-ups, and TTB.

Also enjoys dumbbell workouts!
