Hello, I’m Vikki, a fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping you reach your fat loss and fitness goals in the comfort of my fully equipped private gym in Meopham. I’m passionate about seeing my clients succeed, using safe and effective training methods that are tailored to each person’s needs.

What I Offer I specialise in a range of training methods designed to suit different goals and abilities, including:

Strength / Functional Resistance Training: Tailored programmes to build muscle and enhance everyday strength. Cardiovascular Training: Improve your stamina and cardiovascular health with customised cardio workouts. Metabolic Conditioning / CrossFit Style Training: High-intensity sessions to boost metabolism and burn fat. TRX Suspension Training & Kettlebell Training: Enhance core strength, balance, and flexibility with dynamic exercises. Circuit Training / Bootcamps: Group-based, high-energy sessions that keep you motivated. Stretch & Foam Rolling: Improve flexibility and aid in recovery. I’m also a Certified Specialist in Pre/Post Natal Training and Fitness for Older Adults, allowing me to support clients through life’s different stages safely and effectively.

Experience with Medical Conditions My experience has equipped me to design fitness programmes for clients with various medical conditions, including:

Personal Training Options I offer different training options to suit your needs and preferences, including:

1:1 Personal Training: Focused, one-on-one sessions in a private setting. 1:2 Partner Training: Train alongside a friend or partner for added encouragement. Small Group Training (4 max): Enjoy a friendly group environment while still getting personalised attention. Online Video Call Training: Train from anywhere with customised remote sessions. Specialisations I also specialise in Reformer Pilates, which is ideal for improving core strength, flexibility, and posture. This method helps clients of all fitness levels to develop a greater body awareness and achieve better overall balance. I’m particularly passionate about helping clients in the pre/post-natal period and older adults maintain or regain their strength and confidence.
