Our studio, nestled in the secluded grounds of Highfield House and surrounded by peaceful gardens, is a haven of relaxation. Built in 2005 specifically for yoga practice, it boasts state-of-the-art lighting and underfloor heating for maximum comfort. Our multi-media system further enhances the soothing ambiance of the studio.

Yoga with Jo is a perfect gift to yourself. The class is a mixture of Hatha , relaxation, chanting and philosophy which makes it so much more than an exercise class. The welcoming atmosphere and Jo’s vast experience allows you to be yourself and not pressured to be anything but that. I have been attending for coming up to five years now and really do enjoy the sessions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
