Bubba Bumps Fitness Post Natal Exercise to Music with Baby

You will be safe in Exercise, You will meet Mummy friends and you will have FUN. With all the different Mum and Baby courses in Thanet, this one is about Mum. Baby loves watching you workout to motivating music. Babies do get a chance to have

‘Mum and Me’ time. We deeply screen all Mums with our online deep screen form before your Bubba Bumps Fitness course begins. To make sure this is the right course for you. We help you with your pelvic floor and c-section recovery through safe movement to music. Optional tummy checks are offered to all Mums. To check for Diastasis Recti. This is the common tummy separation that happens when baby is in your tummy. If we feel you need further help with this we do have our bespoke Diastasis Recti Rehab program, offered only as 1:1.

Soft Tissue Therapy: What is Soft Tissue Therapy? It is important to discern the difference between Soft Tissue Therapy and other massage therapies. We work with the soft tissues of the body but this does not mean it is “soft” in approach. It means we work with your skin, fascia, muscles (superficial and deep), tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, fibrous tissues, fat, other connective tissues and nerves. However massage shouldn’t be painful, contrary to past beliefs that it should be, to do good or work. This isn't just massage, it's Whole Woman Wellness. Bespoke problem solving soft tissue therapy treatment, tailored to your own needs using a variety of soft tissue therapy skills and techniques. We include the relaxing and de-stressing gliding strokes of effleurage and the kneading movements of petrissage and the real healing of the body begins when we include the techniques below.

Fitness Specialist in Pelvic Floor and Diastasis Recti Rehab, Post-Natal through to Menopause Health. We also offer Breast Cancer Movement Rehab. Michelle has worked in the fitness and wellness industry for two decades. Michelle is passionate about women feeling well and being well at every life stage. Michelle has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 20 years. She prides herself on helping women to live life to the fullest. She is a firm believer that even faced with adversity, you can still do whatever you put your mind to.

Experience

Bubba Bumps Fitness We’ve become a big part of Thanet Mum Life, we have served the post natal community since 2017. Even through the pandemic…we quickly went online to keep Mum’s moving at home. We have been teaching in the fitness industry for 21 years. We feel we have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to our new instructors, with so many new trends and new styles of fitness. Mum and Baby classes still remain a huge part of the fitness world and more classes should be accessible.

Qualifications

    Active IQ Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

    Vocational subjects for which I hold a vocational qualification:

    Level 2 Gym Instructor

    Level 2 Group Exercise to Music

    Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise

    Level 3 Soft Tissue Therapy.

    Update- after 2 1/2 terms I’ve lost half a stone and inches all over. More importantly I’ve made some lovely new friends whilst feeling better about myself after two children, defiantly recommend it for all mums.
