I’ll customise your workouts to fit your goals and make sure you’re getting the most out of every session. I’ll help you nail your form, so you avoid injuries and see better results. Plus, I’ll keep you motivated, monitor your progress, and tweak things as you go. With me by your side, you’ll be working out smarter, not just harder.

My one-on-one personal training gives you the support and confidence you need. I’ll show you how to use the machines safely and effectively, so you can focus on your fitness goals without the stress. Together, we’ll make the gym a place you’ll feel comfortable and confident in. But wait, I don't have a gym membership? No problem!
I offer personal training at BCP Gym and Fitness in Margate, and you don’t need a gym membership to work with me there. The cost of your sessions includes access to the gym, so you can focus on your fitness goals without any extra fees.

Tailored Training Plans
Your training plan will be specifically designed to match your goals and the equipment you have available. I’ll regularly update and adjust your plan to keep you progressing throughout the program. Every 10 weeks, you’ll receive a new training plan to challenge your body, prevent plateaus, and keep things interesting.
Nutrition Guidance
I don't typically provide strict meal plans because they’re tough to stick with. Instead, I promote a flexible approach to nutrition where no food is off-limits. With access to over 200+ macro-friendly recipes, I'll equip you with the knowledge to create your own meals, including some of my favourite recipes, so you can make choices that align with your goals and handle social occasions or unexpected events.
Weekly Check-ins
I offer weekly check-ins via WhatsApp, email, or scheduled video calls. These sessions are an opportunity to review your progress, demonstrate exercises, ensure your form is correct, and discuss any concerns you may have. We’ll also set small goals for the week ahead to keep you moving forward.
Community Support
A support network is the hidden key to success, you are more likely to succeed when you have people around you to guide you, “Lyft” you up, and celebrate your successes.
You will have direct access to me for advice and guidance, regular check in’s for feedback and a private whatsapp group where you can talk to other clients, share recipes or hacks etc.
Experience
In 2020 my world was turned upside down when my Dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. My life was put on hold and sadly after caring for him for 8 months he passed away in November that year. I was grieving, perimenopausal and I let myself go, I piled on weight and was unhappy and miserable. After my wedding, In October 2022, I decided enough was enough, something had to change.
So 'how' did I do it? I signed up to an online coach, stepped into the gym and I simply haven't looked back. I want to live a long and happy life, through retirement and beyond, so there really is no stopping me now.
I love what I do so much that in March 2024 I decided to take my journey one step further and completed a Level 3 Diploma - Practitioner in Personal Training so I can help other people start their own journey just like I did.
