Go from scared to prepared with your birth preparation The birth of your baby should be something that you are excited about, rather than something you are scared of. With a Harmony Hypnobirthing course you will feel prepared, confident and ready. You won’t be hypnotised! Together we will address your fears, explore how your birth partner can support you (if you have one) and go over what actually happens when you give birth. You will also learn relaxation and breathing techniques to make your birth as calm and comfortable as possible. The Harmony Hypnobirthing course is a full antenatal program, so you won’t need to take any other pregnancy class. Hypnobirthing is for all types of birth, so whether you’re planning a drug free, water birth, caesarean or medicated birth these classes will help you.

Group hypnobirthing classes run every other month in Dartford. If you can’t make the dates listed a private hypnobirthing class can be booked at a date and time to suit you. Areas covered include Ebbsfleet, Gravesend, Bexley, Sidcup, Longfield, Swanley, Meopham, Medway, Darenth, Crayford, Bexleyheath, Orpington, Maidstone, Rochester, Welling and Greenwich.

In person group hypnobirthing classes in Dartford, Kent: The group hypnobirthing course is ideal for those who want to prepare for birth and meet other local parents to be in a relaxed environment. Groups are kept to a maximum of six couples. The perfect size to allow us to go in depth with the course materials, whilst still enabling you to get to know your class mates.

Cost: £230 per family (you and your birth partner). Location: Longfield & New Barn Village hall, Fawkham Road, Longfield, Kent Dates: Held over two consecutive Sundays, from 10am – 4pm. Day One - Relaxation & Preparation:

Mum and Baby Yoga: This restorative class helps new mums ease back into movement while including sensory elements to keep babies engaged, providing a gentle return to fitness and bonding time.

Yoga Flow: Aimed at postnatal women (whether weeks or years after birth), this class emphasizes movement, breathwork, pelvic floor strengthening, and flexibility.

Private Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga: Available for those seeking one-on-one sessions in Kent and nearby areas, private classes cater to individual needs for a more personalized yoga experience.

Pregnancy Yoga Retreat: A half-day retreat offering pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing meditation, postnatal planning, and a nutritious meal, and more
