Class Desciptions Mindful Yoga A class for all ages and abilities, to suit both those new to Yoga and those with some experience. A Mindful Yoga class to aid being present in the moment. Rediscover your body’s natural movement and release unnecessary effort in the body and mind, to leave you feeling calm, comfortable and content. The class incorporates postures, flowing sequences, breathing techniques and a led relaxation to strengthen and stabilize the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind.
Evening Chillout Yoga An evening Yoga class for those looking to soften, settle, release and relax. Suitable for all ages and abilities, both those new to Yoga and those with some experience. This mindful Yoga class focuses on mindful movements to gradually calm the body and mind before settling into stillness at the end of the class with calming breathing techniques, and a led relaxation. Leaving you feeling relaxed, renewed and restored.
