Community CrossFit Medway is much different from a regular gym, here you are supported and encouraged by everyone to get that extra rep, complete the workout and do the best you can. CrossFit Medway is built on its community, our members have forged friendships with each other that will last a lifetime.
Fitness With classes ranging from CrossFit through to gymnastics and weight lifting, you will always be able to develop and advance your fitness levels. Our training facility has over 200 coach led classes each month catering for everyone of all fitness levels and abilities.
Mindset Our fitness journey can be heavily dictated to by our approach to our weekly training routine. Life can deal all sorts of surprises which can throw us off track and leave us inconsistent from week to week. With our weekly check-ins our coaching team is always there to help keep you on track with what you set out to achieve.
Medway Weightlifting Club If you are looking to become stronger, faster and learn the art of weightlifting you have come to the right place. Get your weightlifting journey started following the steps below. Initial consultation and assessment Attend a set amount of beginners weightlifting. Welcome to Medway Weightlifting Club Lets get you started.
Step 1: Our consultation are straight forward, you will meet with one of our coaches and discuss your goals and what you want to achieve from CrossFit Medway and the weightlifting club. Coach will do a movement and mobility checklist along with work capacity assessment giving you a firm baseline to work from prior to your training sessions. They will also discuss what to expect prior to your first class and how to approach it.
Step 2: To go along with our consultation you will have a month to enjoy our beginners classes, these classes start from the ground up and are mandatory prior to going into our intermediate classes. The movements will be broken down to ensure your getting a full understanding on how to do them correctly.
Step 3: Once you have completed step 2 you can start to get into our intermediate programme and and enjoy the new skill you have acquired. If you want to continue in our beginners classes this is absolutely fine or alternatively do both. Get started here!
