I have coached and mentored people for over 25 years - all of my working life. I just didn’t realise to call it that! I thought I was just being a good friend or a responsible and supportive boss at work.

When I found myself with low confidence about four years ago - I didn’t even know that’s what was wrong. Fortunately, I found an amazing confidence coach, and I soon learnt how I could take control of my own confidence. It happened very quickly and we only worked together for a short period of time.

It was a very powerful feeling!

I stopped feeling “overlooked" at home and at work, and as a result I became less frustrated. I was full of energy and I felt empowered to take on the world once more. I was ready to be seen and heard.
