Who We Are At Rucking Fitness and PT Sandwich Kent, a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. I specialise in creating personalised workout plans and providing nutritional guidance to help you transform your body and live a healthier lifestyle.

Philosophy I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, gender, or fitness level. My approach is based on creating sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, rather than quick fixes that are difficult to maintain.

I am based in sandwich Kent England

As a Personal Trainer I am dedicated and ready to help you on your own personal fitness journey. Understand that your wellbeing goals are unique to you; be that working towards a particular fitness challenge, coming back from injury or just starting out

RUCKING

I supply all backpacks and weights for different levels of fitness. The day of the Tough Ruck should not be the first time you wear your footwear on a ruck! Ideally you will wear your footwear for most, if not all, of your training rucks. Choosing the right footwear can make or break your Tough Ruck. Footwear that best meet your needs, common choices are lightweight hiking boots, trail runners, or cross trainers. The most important factor is comfort and durability: you don’t want uncomfortable shoes or shoes that will fall apart.

The word "rucking" originates from the military term for a backpack, which is known as a "rucksack." Rucking involves walking, often at a quicker pace, while carrying a weighted backpack. Athletes typically carry weight plates. Some athletes start out carrying a load as light as five pounds, and many work up to 35-to-45 pounds, sometimes even more in military training, Advanced athletes can incorporate more intense movements, like pushups and lunges, into their rucks.

    £400 PACKAGE 4 4 PT sessions per week ( 16 per month)

    RUCKING £10.00 PER/PERSON/PER/HR Rucking for single or groups maxium group 10 ( all rucksacks and weight supplied )

    PLEASE NOTE FOR RUCKING A HEALTH QUESTIONAIRE & CONSENT FORM WILL HAVE TO COMPLETED BEFORE EXERCISE.
