About Me

My journey into the world of fitness began many years ago when I discovered my love for weight training. Seeing the results in the mirror and feeling myself grow stronger and fitter became addictive. Alongside this passion, I developed a keen interest in healthy living, focusing on clean, fresh, and varied ingredients, ensuring that both fitness and diet worked hand in hand.

I transitioned from a typical 9-to-5 office job to follow my true passion by training as a personal trainer. Fast forward eight years, and I now run my own personal training studio, where I find immense fulfilment in helping others achieve their fitness goals. I work alongside other coaches who share the same dedication, whether it’s building strength, losing weight, or improving mental well-being. I’m committed to guiding my clients every step of the way.

Fitness and health are at the forefront of my life, but last year threw me a curveball when I discovered a small lump, which turned out to be breast cancer. It was a shock, but I refused to let it defeat me. Instead, I channelled my determination into rebuilding my strength, both physically and mentally. I focused on nourishing my body with everything it needed to heal, maintaining a positive outlook despite the challenges.

Through this experience, I’ve learned the importance of resilience, staying positive, and being kind to ourselves. I believe that focusing on the positives can help us overcome any obstacle. If you’re facing a tough time, remember to be kind to yourself and keep moving forward.
