About

Having me as your Personal Trainer allows us to approach your lifestyle as a whole. With evidence based research and a commitment from the client, the sky really is the limit. Everyone's lifestyle is different and the flexibility you have with a Personal Trainer, whether at home or in the gym is one of its biggest draws.

With a free initial consultation, a functional movement screen, a nutritional consultation, a bespoke exercise programme and 121 sessions. We can work on adding health and fitness habits to reach your current goals and to optimize your lifestyle.

As well as working with individuals and groups for personal training i offer the following classes.

RUN CLUB Run Club is a great way to de stress. Especially if you've been stuck indoors all day. Fresh air and exercise with good people is one of the best ways to start the week.This group run is designed to get you started in the world of running in a no pressure environment. If you take to it you may like to join us on a race day or event that we do.

CIRCUITS Circuits is a great way to get a full body workout in one hour. Its great for fat burning, muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. We also have a great bunch of people to train and motivate each other. remember that you can work at your own pace.

HIIT HIIT is a high intensity workout that will leave you feeling fulfilled and fatigued in equal measure. This is a fast paced body weight workout that is short dharp and gets the job done.

All classes £4 pay as you go ( first class free ).

£35 prepaid card of 10 sessions
