Practice at your own pace. This class is grounded and friendly with a community of all backgrounds and abilites. A Mystical Yoga class is aimed to deepen your own practice and connect to the earth, moon and sun's cycles. Whether a beginner at yoga or a long-term practitioner. Each asana is yours. Our aim is not to 'get somewhere' but to enjoy the journey. In mystical yoga we work with a variety of different practices to help synchronise ourselves to the rhythm of nature including: pranayama, asana, meditation, visualisation, chanting, kriyas and reflection.
£10, eighth class free.

Other Services I offer:
- Retreats - Mala workshops:
A mala can be a great tool to assist your Yoga and Meditation practice, whether you use it to chant mantra, or simply wear it to remind you of your practice. I hand-knot each Enchanted Mala with intuitively chosen healing crystals, sacred woods and seed beads. These malas are crafted with love to hold a specific intention inspired by nature, or for your unique journey.
If you are feeling the calling to make your own mala, I hold regular workshops. Keep an eye on Retreats for when I am holding one next, or reach out to plan your own.
Experience
I began my Yoga journey at 13, during a time when I was struggling with an eating disorder, poor mental health, and a profound sense of not belonging. Through classes and retreats with my teacher Lana Lanaia, I developed a loving relationship with my body, appreciating its strength and capabilities. This experience also opened my eyes to the healing arts and the realization that there’s more to being in this body than I had previously understood.
This spiritual discovery shaped my teenage years. From tarot readings in the art room to playing singing bowls on the bus, exploring the 'unseen' world allowed me to finally see myself clearly. Eager to share this with others, I began leading 'gatherings' in the woods near my home at around 15. These events, attended by 10-20 friends, aligned with significant dates like Imbolc, the Summer Solstice, and the Full Moon. We meditated, breathed, practiced yoga, and then celebrated with dancing, feasting, and camping. One memorable night even involved serving a group of teenagers a dinner of beetroot, chilli, and ginger juice during a cold February night, though they were grateful for my mum’s backup pasta.
After reluctantly finishing my B-techs, I traveled to Guatemala at 18 and completed a 200-hour training at the Mystical Yoga Farm, an off-grid community by a magical lake. Since then, I’ve practiced, studied, and taught extensively, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with influences from Yin and Restorative yoga, as well as other spiritual practices.
At the start of 2023, I spent two months in India completing a 300-hour teacher training with Path of Yoga. Now, I’m part of their teaching team, guiding students in asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and chanting in their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Thailand.
My introduction to Yoga was gentle, thoughtful, and deeply spiritual, and I intend to offer you the same—to help you create a joyful, long-term practice.
When I’m not guiding Yoga, I’m an active musician, performing as India Blue (sometimes with a harp in class). I live by the sea in East Sussex, where I find inspiration in nature—and occasionally, I indulge my inner Faerie.
