About

As well as her coaching and consultancy work, Rebekah is a hands-on practitioner.

I source all my materials with care. Aromatherapy oils come from a UK family run business, they are 100% pure essential oils all bottled in the UK, vegan, ethically sourced, and absolutely no animal testing. Carrier oils come from a small Suffolk-based business, where all oils are sourced from high quality natural ingredients, using minimal packaging, and where operating sustainably is key.

Well-being at work:

Mental and physical wellbeing post pandemic is crucial to a healthy team who are on top of their game. Understanding stress, both at home and at work, mental ill health, triggers, and coping strategies helps teams have a healthy work-life balance that brings enthusiasm, life and determination to the fore, whilst giving people time to enjoy themselves, explore, and be at one.

How can we help wellbeing?

Recognising stress Training and coaching sessions on understanding and recognising stress, how it evolves, how it manifests itself in your organisation, looking for solutions and working as a team.

Developing coping strategies Where a solution to stress isn’t straightforward or immediate, how to cope with the situation.

Understanding mental ill-health Recognising signs and symptoms of mental ill health. Being a more caring and open company, accepting mental ill health equally to physical ill health, and being better prepared to aid those who need support.

Developing mental resilience Becoming a better prepared team, understanding tools such as cognitive behaviour, mindfulness, understanding emotions, positive psychology, EQ, building self confidence, nature therapy, and using self reflection to benefit ourselves.

Consultancy Building-in wellbeing in the workplace that is bespoke to your employees and their needs.

Posture and ergonomics Understanding how important these are to avoid muscular skeletal injuries, backpain and sciatica.

Sleep and relaxation Understanding how good quality sleep and relaxation make us more alert and aware at work.

Diet and fitness Understanding how these are so important to our health.

Bespoke portfolio Advice for individuals or teams to develop their potential, keeping them healthy and active and performing at the top of their game.

Coming soon: Ayruvedic healthcare. This 5,000-year-old Indian health system is more relevant to today’s lifestyles than ever. Taking an holistic approach to the individual’s overall wellbeing it embraces all of the above under the umbrella of personal, bespoke wellness. Ayruvedic wellbeing in the workplace puts the emphasis on living healthy lives to avoid getting ill in the first place. I am studying with the Rosenberg European Academy in Berlin, which offers an incredibly well-structured and highly detailed programme to becoming an Ayruvedic physical, mental and nutritional healthcare consultant in late summer 2024. Possibly the hardest thing I’ve ever studied, it is already adding so much value to client’s health.
