From a young age, I was drawn to the mystical, creative and intuitive arts. My journey into Tarot began over 9 years ago, and it has since become a powerful tool for insight, guidance, and transformation. As I delved deeper into the world of Tarot, I also explored various healing modalities, leading me to become a certified life coach and healer.

Life Coaching: As a life coach, I help you identify and overcome obstacles, set and achieve goals, and unlock your full potential. My coaching sessions are a blend of practical advice, intuitive insights, and actionable strategies designed to empower you. We all have trauma, it's just as common as a cold. We just don't talk about it like we talk about the weather. But really we should. Facing our issues can dispel the weight and overwhelm of them. But in modern society the done thing is to push it under the rug. I don't know about you, but I have noticed that most of us have very, lumpy rugs that we tend to dance around.

Sometimes we invite guests over and say 'don't mind that lump - just ignore it' and they reply 'yes I do the same with mine.' So now we're all dancing around the lumpy rug probably with a glass of alcohol, a phone or a cigarette in hand because it helps to distract from those big, awful, shameful lumps.
