About

Our Circles Our circles are designed for all MEN to be able to see each other, no man should not be seen whilst that man is sharing his life experiences, our circles hold the highest confidentiality and respect, we do not judge or make assumptions of any men whilst they are doing their work.

All MEN are welcome to come and join us there is no pressure for you to interact, if you wish to listen this is welcomed also, we do encourage you to share with what is life for you at the moment, this is so we can support you and for you to feel heard by other men who may be also going through something similar as you, the gift of sharing reveals other ways of thinking and also feeling lighter for communicating with others.

Being authentic and keeping to our word is paramount as a community, our outer circle line keeps our container strong, and we hold all of our support within this circle and also with our mentor one to one sessions as well.

Experience

Days Out Nature Days & Camp Outs Once or twice a month we arrange Nature Walks in and around Sussex, and in the summer months, we have overnight campouts.

Spending time in nature as per research studies prove that being in nature can have a positive impact on people who are suffering from their Mental Health, time in nature can have a healing and calming influence, to which the benefits of switching off from the outside world and being away from the hustle and bustle can be instant.

Being able to talk about what is life for you right now and sharing with other men around a campfire or amongst the hidden forest from society can be very powerful and life-changing in some ways.

We are also in the early stages of creating a nature weekend to support parents and children with woodcraft and other activities in a forest.

Coastal Walks We also offer coastal walks in Sussex, Brighton, Littlehampton, Shoreham by Sea, and Worthing. There are many benefits walking by the sea as part of a group, talking and walking is good for mental health, taking in the sea air and hearing the sounds of the waves are just one of the gifts that you get from these walks.
