We run classes for all ages and abilities, all the way from babies to adults.

Our group classes have a maximum of 6 in a class and, where needed, the teacher is in the water to support the swimmers.

We balance the lesson perfectly with stroke and skill work, confidence building and water safety. Our more advanced swimmers also learn starts and turns, personal survival, diving and elements of water polo.

We offer private lessons, ideal for nervous swimmers, swimmers with additional needs or swimmers who need to work to particular skill or stroke.

We provide all swim equipment for use during the lessons so all you will need to bring is your usual swimming costumes and towels.

Monday – Friday after school for children aged 4+ who are starting their swimming journey or improving their swimming

Day time group lessons £14.50 per session. Afterschool group lessons £12.50 per session. Private lessons £36.00 per session.

Great Walstead School Set in the grounds of Great Walstead School in Lindfield, the pool is suitable for swimmers from age 4+ and is also large enough to accommodate for our stronger swimmers with the depth to learn diving skills.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening; weekend morning and early afternoon; and Holiday Courses age 4+.

Chailey Heritage School Chailey Heritage pool in North Chailey is kept warm and is suitable for children who are starting their swimming journey or improving their swimming.
