I am a qualified Life Coach focused on helping people achieve the mindset and goals they desire. In 2012 I became a Member of the National Council of Psychotherapists and since then I’ve been helping clients in all corners of the world to achieve their aims.

I’m an holistic, system and integrative thinker. Sometimes we have to be strategic and sometimes we need to buckle down and take action, albeit a step at a time. What I increasingly appreciate is that both people & places consist of multiple parts all of which impact on the whole; and it is this cumulative and system wide integration that I find fascinating.

Life Coaching is incredibly rewarding. Changes in my own life have involved deeply personal, relationship, career and location based choices. Understanding why these need to happen and working out approaches to attain them is how I bring clarity to an unsettled situation.

My previous career spanned twenty two years in the music industry. I started in the post-room and worked my way up to Senior Director Digital Operations for Europe, South East Asia & Japan.

I have backpacked for a year & a day and I am proud to have gained my Open University degree while holding down my day job.
