KOKO Strength Details Did you know that you lose 40% of your muscle mass between the ages of 40 and 80 years old? KOKOstrength is a strength and conditioning class using dumbbells and kettlebells for a total body workout. As a fully qualified personal trainer, you will learn proper form and technique in a fun, social environment. As well as exercises you can do at home to incorporate strength training into your lifestyle, it will provide you with the opportunity to build muscle, increase fat loss, boost metabolism, increase mobility, increase bone density and get stronger.
Instructions Please bring a mat and weights if you have them. If you don’t have weights you will be able to borrow some.
Yin Yoga - Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long held passive floor poses (up to 5 minutes).
While Yang yoga practices target the muscles, in Yin yoga we target the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues.
Instructions Please bring a mat and water. A yoga strap, yoga blocks and cushions are helpful if you are new to stretching as these can be used for modifications.
Clubbercise Clubbercise® is a fun, full-body workout with a BANGING soundtrack that gets great results and suits all fitness levels. Set to club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits, classes are held in a darkened room with party lights and our trademark LED glow sticks. Our easy-to-follow routines combine dance, toning and combat moves.

KOKOcore: Details A HIIT style workout focusing on the abdominals, obliques, glutes and thighs led by a fully qualified personal trainer. By alternating isometric exercises, targeted core work and high intensity moves with periods of rest, this multi tempo class will really make you feel the burn.This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced.

Experience
After 30 years in the media industry, I discovered my passion for fitness over 8 years ago. Having now completed numerous half marathons, two Brighton marathons and a London to Brighton bike ride, I love to run and cycle and have learnt how valuable exercise is for my mental health and well being Reaching 50yrs, I decided I needed to take care of myself; to focus on my strength, mobility and happiness! I changed careers and am now a qualified L2 fitness instructor, nutrition coach and L3 personal trainer. I want to share my experience and knowledge so that people can enjoy an active lifestyle at any age.
