I am a COSRT accredited sexologist and relationship therapist, an accredited gender, sex, and relationship diversities therapist with Pink Therapy, and a NCIP registered Contemporary Psychotherapist. Additionally, I am a skilled EMDR practitioner registered with EMDR UK, with a focus on treating traumatic events and sexual dysfunctions. I am also the creator and host of the podcast Sex Unshackled, which explores various aspects of sexuality and relationship issues. I have served as the relationship expert on the Channel 4 show

Sex Therapy Many people find it challenging to discuss sexual issues, yet most will encounter some type of sexual problem during their lifetime. Sex therapy is a specialized form of therapy aimed at addressing sexual problems or concerns, improving sexual functioning, and enhancing relational satisfaction. Relationship Therapy Relationship therapy, also known as couples therapy, helps individuals in romantic relationships navigate their challenges. This form of therapy provides a supportive environment to explore concerns and work towards enduring solutions. As a relationship therapist, I can assist with:
