This plan will project your goals and targeted achievements in a bespoke session plan which will then be cast on the big screen in our state of the art private studio, set to a backdrop of your own music playlist.

During your hour Personal Training sessions a range of innovative treatments and techniques will be incorporated. Theragun percussive therapy is available. This treatment impacts the muscle with a targeted, scientifically calibrated dose for greater therapeutic benefits for the body which aids recovery. State of the art luxury equipment such as NOHRD, Skierg, Blaze Pods and Assault Bike are available in addition to Dumbbell sets ranging from 1kg – 50kg and barbells ranging from 7kg – 120kg, Battleropes, Heroboard’s, Swingbells, kettlebells, TRX, Boxing gloves and pads.

Ty Paul offers Private Online Personal Training sessions which will enable you to stay fit, keep your immune system up and prevent muscle atrophy with absolutely no risk of infection. For some, working from home combined with a lack of social interaction can be incredibly challenging. Our virtual training clients have made use of their time at home by incorporating convenient at home sessions into their routines. Equipment isn't necessary, but if you have any we can definitely make use of it. Online Personal Training sessions are really user friendly and quick to set up.

Group online training is available for the same price as an individual online personal training session. So why not invite a friend or family member at no extra cost. If you are a business owner and would like to provide your staff with an online staff workout we can provide a group workout for only £40 an hour.

Due to the class being online, multiple employees can join from multiple locations. Benefits include healthier staff, less sick days, improved productivity, improved team bonding and equipment isn’t necessary.

Every Wednesday at 6pm at Ty Paul Fitness Hove. Group training is a motivational and affordable way to get results. It will add a little competition without losing the personal touch of personal training. Classes are 1 hour long and are designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to professional athletes.

Put your own group together or join one of our existing groups. Maximum 4 people per group which means we are able to tailor classes to individual needs and fully support each individual class member.

The Group Personal Training sessions are designed to help you improve your fitness, health, recovery rate, body tone and help you become stronger in ways that are challenging but sustainable.

During his 16 years as one of Brighton and Hove's most qualified trainers Ty has inspired Sussex radio listeners to keep fit whilst working with Heart FM’s breakfast show, trains Premier League male and female Brighton and Hove Albion football players including Julio Enciso, Marc Cucurella, Yves Bissouma and Dutch international Inessa Kaagman who represented the Netherlands at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games, and is also the founder of Ty Paul’s Over 60's fitness class in affiliation with Age UK.

Ty was appointed by the NHS to provide dedicated personal training to vulnerable patients during the Covid-19 crises through a class that has now been rolled out throughout the UK. This weekly class, provided by the NHS enrolled through GP referral, aims to lower BMI and improve cardiovascular fitness.

In addition to teaching circuit, tabata and boxing classes, Ty also offers couples or group training which can either focus on general fitness goals or more targeted fitness.

-Martha is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer who has been fortunate enough to work with a variety of clients and professionals, which has led to profoundly expanding her training methodology and techniques. Martha thrives off watching people achieve and surprise themselves with their true capability.

As an advocate of discipline and delayed gratification, Martha is enthusiastic about helping people reach their full potential through one on one training or a combination of her tailored classes. These include Pilates, Animal Flow, TRX and more.

Martha has experience working in one of Brighton and Hove most exclusive gyms and is now an integral part of Ty Paul's team.

With extensive experience working in both marine and alpine terrain, Joe is adept at utilising the natural training ground of the Sussex landscapes to form unique outdoor plans in addition to gym work in our state of the art studio.

Having won awards for his bootcamps, suspension training and pad work, sessions with Joe at our bespoke gym in Flansham are consistently challenging and exciting for all fitness levels.
