As a personal trainer, my philosophy is "prevention is better than cure", however, cure is my fort'e.

Experience
I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years, which has given me extensive knowledge of all aspects of fitness training, this allows me to offer a varied and interesting range of training programmes to suit each individual's requirements.
I have worked and trained in many fitness establishments in London and across the South East, Id like to think I have a firm but fun approach towards the way we attain and reach our target fitness goals.
I am very passionate about passing on this extensive knowledge and experience that i've acquired to my clients, to give them the ability and confidence to improve their well-being and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
