I'm Ollie Goulden, a Personal Trainer based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. I also cover the surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius of Eastbourne.
My childhood and teenage years were shaped by sports, playing Sunday league football until I was 16. After finishing school I studied BTEC Sports Science where I achieved the highest grade possible. With this qualification behind me, I believed I could put it to good use and help other people achieve their goals.
I am married with 2 amazing children who know how to keep me on my toes and ensure that I keep that focus on being the best version of myself for them!
I qualified as a personal trainer in 2010 and haven't looked back since, surviving covid when many small businesses didn't, a credit crunch and many other factors that could have closed Made2Fit Personal Training down.
This just gives me even more motivation now to help as many people as possible become the best versions of themselves without spending hours in the gym or detox on herbal teas but teaching them right from wrong!!!
Experience
I am a mobile Personal Trainer and can train where you feel comfortable, whether that is in your own home, a local park or gardens. I also can train you in a fully functioning gym called Metamorfit here in Eastbourne. Personal Training is there to help you lose excess weight, tone up, build muscle, stay in shape and improve your fitness levels.
Personal Training is also there to help you regain your self-confidence and help you feel more energised. You can also use training to gain a better quality of life if you suffer from mobility loss.
With all my Personal Training packages and bulk sessions, I include a FREE consultation. This is our opportunity to meet each other, discuss your goals and work out a plan on how I can help you achieve these. It's also a time when we can talk about what days and times you can train. I am very flexible, but timings and days are subject to availability.
Made2FIt Personal Training is proud to present our Online Coaching to those who want to train with us but don't have the time or location to do so in person.
Your personalised programme is based on your current condition and your ultimate end goal whilst considering what access you have to equipment, experience and time available.
