I began my fitness journey with an interest in long distance running. After completing a half marathon, I wanted to try something else so entered aTriathlon. I would also attend HIIT and circuit training classes. This type of exercise kept me trim, but I wanted to really shape my physique so I then looked into weight training where I found my passion. After 18 months of hitting the weights, I competed in a Bikini Fitness competition. Since then, I have worked consistently to better myself and hope to enter another body building competition this year. I love to share my knowledge of all aspects of training with my clients to help them achieve their goals

Experience

I specialise in weight training but have full knowledge of the best ways to lose weight, increase muscle , and become generally healthier whilst keeping training fun and interesting .

Fees

Personal Training single sessions @ £30 per hour Reductions for more then one session a week or if 10 block bookings are made Individual Training Plans from £15
